Cup?!

Question

I just ordered a cup because I’m gonna be on my period on holiday. However, HOW TF DOES IT GO IN? Somebody I’m begging you please help because I don’t know what hole or even if the cup is correct for me?! Pls help soon!!

If you don't know what hole blood comes out of, maybe you should wait on using a cup.

I also recommend watching videos, but some methods are folding it in half along the cup opening, holding it at the middle to the base area (closer to the stem, which you might need to cut if it’s too long so it’s not poking out of you), then inserting the cup opening in first. It’s takes a lot of getting used to it. I’ve just now perfected my method and I’ve been using for a while. Try to release it not too late when you put it in or it might make a suction and not open up easily. If that happens, just take it out and try again. I’d just sit and practice it a bunch before your period. Hope this helps!
