I took mine out I'm 18 weeks pregnant. Not worth the hassle in/out/in/out with the frequency of feeding and chaos of it all. Plus, your nipples will most likely be very sore and cracked *as per all my friends who've breast fed* so I couldn't imagine dealing with piercings while breastfeeding.
Nipple Piercings??
Okay y’all, potentially a really stupid question. I’m not pregnant now, but curious if nipple piercings are safe during pregnancy? Or is it recommended to take them out? I’ve had mine for about 4 years, but recently started ttc. I also am concerned how it would affect breastfeeding when I do take them out.
If any of you have experience with this, please let a girl know! 😅

Mega hassle! My midwife said you dont usually have issues with feedings after piercings are removed.

I knew to take them out for feedings, but I wonder if there’s any issues with the holes while breastfeeding? That was more my question on that one. I think I’m just gonna take them out if I do become pregnant because this sounds like a hassle! Lol
