Congestion?

I'm 10+2 and I feel like I'm catching a cold. I can't tell if I'm getting sick or if I just have more mucous production from the increase in blood. Anyone else?

I had horrible congestion with my first. This time, I’ve started using saline spray and it’s helped to wash everything out and clean out my sinuses.

Sounds like pregnancy rhinitis, I have it too.

I'm 9w5d and woke up this morning with a stuffy nose, headache and sore throat. No one else around me is sick, which makes me think it may be sinus issues from increased blood production or something. Either way, I'm miserable!
