First OB appointment

I have my first OB appointment tomorrow, I’m 9w3d. I’m wondering if they will do a regular ultrasound or a vaginal one?? Also, what else is done? I’ve seen mixed answers so I’m wondering how your first OB appointment went? Thanks for the help ladies, I’m so excited!! Baby number 1 ❤️
