It's just lube. It's good if you have problems with cervical mucus, otherwise it's pretty useless.

We used it when TTC our first. It didn't help but to be honest I didn't expect it to as I don't generally need a lube anyway. Didn't hurt trying though.
I used the applicator as per the instructions.

We’ve been TTC for almost 2 years, used Preseed for several months and it’s never helped us. Dries too quick and made sex uncomfortable so we stopped using it.

Got pregnant the first month we tried it (third month hardcore TTC). Also used OPKs, vitex for 2 months leading up to it, bromelain after ovulation and had a really clean diet, with lots of other quality supplements and regular detox via sauna.

We’ve been using it since March.. no bfp yet. I did have a chemical pregnancy the second cycle we used it, though. 
We continue to use it because I don’t produce much fertile cm, and figure it’s helping that situation.
We are also trying fertilaid for men this cycle, hopefully that gives my hubby’s swimmers the extra oomph they need.
