Has anyone used MOCSA services after a sexual assault?

I've been struggling a lot lately, and I think I need help. My assault isn't new, it was quite a few years ago and I never came forward.

If you haven't used MOCSA, have you used another organization to get counseling or help after assault?

For reference, I'm US based (Kansas) and dont have insurance right now. I need a free counseling service and would prefer 1:1 but willing to attend some group sessions... I think.
