Microwaved popcorn?

What’s all this I’m reading that we can’t have microwaved popcorn?!  I have an entire bod of Orville popcorn and I want to so bad but everything I’m reading says we can’t have it due to it being microwaved???

Eat what you want girl. I just had my son 6 weeks ago and I ate everything I wanted in moderation. My son is super healthy! Dont make yourself miserable!

I've eat microwaved everything since I've gotten pregnant, frozen dinners, popcorn, reheated food, you name it I microwaved it. I also eat cold lunch meat and sushi almost on a weekly basis. I've had a totally healthy pregnancy.

No that's so weird eat your popcorn, what about all the food you microwave. This is my third and I've never heard that...

Microwaving is the best way to heat up food. It's quick which means the fewest nutrients are lost. You can absolutely eat microwave popcorn.
