Legit wondering 🤔 will prob make some of you mad 🤷‍♀️

So why is it that once women get to like 37/ 38 weeks the are surprised, upset, and shocked their baby isnt born yet?? I just dont get it. Everyone I talk to is like yeah I think my baby will come early. Idk maybe it's just me lol. This is my third pregnancy and I dont expect my son to arrive any earlier than his due date nor will I be upset when he isnt born early. We all know the end of pregnancy sucks but normally its 40 weeks long. Maybe its just the pregnancy hormones but I find it annoying.
