Bleeding, 4 weeks pregnant. Advise?

Im 4 weeks pregnant and currently sitting at the ER waiting on results. About 2 hours ago I started heavily bleeding.The ultrasound look normal for a 4 week pregnancy, but its to early to really see anything to know for sure. The Dr wants me back in 2 days to test my Levels to know if baby is still with me. Im so scared! Has this happened to anyone with a posative outcome?

I had bleeding when my period was due both at 5 weeks and at 8 weeks. I had a healthy pregnancy.

I have bled with 2 pregnancies and both were a miscarriage! I hope this is not your case because there are actually a lot of women who go on to have successful pregnancies while bleeding.

I have but not a positive story really, I started bleeding before I knew I was pregnant I thought the bleeding was a period very heavy clots etc like a normal period anyway my partner made me take a test don’t know why! Said I was moody😂 anyway it was positive the next 6 weeks, it was in and out the hospital spent the majority of it in hospital. The hospital scanned me at 4 and a half weeks nothing shown, went back at 5 and a half weeks ( my hcg was doubling fine and wasn’t bleeding anymore ) still nothing was seen so they arranged another 2 weeks later, I made it another week then started bleeding again and had pain went to a&e they told me it was a kidney infection causing it all... my hcg was still fine they then did my blood 2 days later and it dropped down 1000, so they told me I was miscarrying and to take a test 3 weeks later to make sure it’s negative. On and off bleeding for 3 weeks still positive tests I had to go back to hospital to find my hcg was going up again they told me I was having a ectopic pregnancy it has ruptured and I had surgery my tube was still fine had a huge bulge in it they assumed it was a blood clot so didn’t remove the tube but I had internal bleeding from somewhere. 6 days later I had a seizure at home, almost lost my life my tube ruptured I had a hell of a lot of blood and it was very traumatic. I really hope you get some good news and I’m sorry I couldn’t tell you a positive story Goodluck x
