He told me he needed time “to find himself” but he said if you move on it’s fine. I told him if you move on it’s fine with me as well. And all he said was “ I don’t think so am getting my self together “ should i just say fuck it and move on ? Or actually wait ?

I’m in the same situation right now. But with my husband so it’s not easy. Just give him time and space to figure it out. Mixed emotions can ruin all aspects of someone’s life. He needs to love himself before he can love others. I’m struggling with that because I love him so fucking much and I need him to feel the same way again.
