Can you get pregnant on planB?

I had unprotected sex on day 13 of my 28 day cycle. Right near ovulation. I took Plan B morning after pill the next day. (I was on vacation in a rural area and I literally had to drive 40 miles to find it). My period is due in 2 days but I don’t have any PMS symptoms so idk. I’ll take a test but I’m just curious if you can get pregnant if you take plan B during ovulation?
