Implantation bleeding or early period?

So I’m suppose to be 2-3 days away from my period and this morning I tested and it was negative (amazon cheapie) about 2 hours later I wiped and it was a light colored pink/creamy colored with a slight bit of brown in it. Could it be that I ovulated late and it’s implantation bleeding or is my period starting early? Symptoms are there like I may be pregnant but could be just my period idk. Never had implantation with other pregnancies so I need advice. Please help!
