Bleeding After Monistat? Postpartum

Hi so I had my daughter six months ago. My doctor confirmed I had a yeast infection but before I could start treatment I had my daughter. I was dealing with postpartum bleeding and lack of sleep so I didn't try the cream again until sometime before my 6 week check up. I did it for 2 or 3 days and I started bleeding again so I stopped. I told the NP this and she just said okay. Fast forward. I try again some weeks later, doesn't cause bleeding but it didn't cure it. So anyway, I've since moved (don't have insurance) and I thought I would try Monistat 7, thinking maybe this brand will work. Well I did it one day and started bleeding. Forgot to take the second day and took it on the third. I stopped after that so I think its day four and I'm still bleeding. Not like spotting but like period flow. And I haven't gotten a period since before I was pregnant (I still pump but not as much and the timing tells me its from the treatment). I read that bleeding is a side effect that they don't list or some spotting. But should I be worried if its this much? Does my being postpartum tie into this? I haven't had sex postpartum either so my vagina has been undisturbed for awhile.
