I need to lose some weight!!!!
Ok so Right before I got pregnant I was at an all inclusive resort vacation for a week, then when we came home we just were on a junk food binge! 🤦🏻♀️
I am 10 lbs heavier than I have ever been, and probably about 15 lbs from being a normal weight..... then bam found out I am pregnant before I could start hardcore workingout and Keto .
I am actually taking it a lot harder than I should and just feel huge (early pregnancy bloating doesn’t help) and makes me want to stay home and hide.
Does anyone have ANY advice on losing excess fat while pregnant? I don’t want to do ANY thing to harm the baby even if that meant gaining another 50 lbs, but there’s gotta be something 😏🤷🏻♀️
