Too many?

What would you consider too many kids? Recently told my sil we are ttc again and she replied we “already  have too many kids” 🙄 of course I was annoyed and reminded her we can have twenty if we want it’s none of her business

I just voted what’s personally to many for me! I don’t care how many kids others have - it’s not of my business. I admire the managerial expertise it must take to run a large family.

Whatever you can afford. And I think it’s important to keep the kids in mind. If you have seven kids because you want a big family but can’t afford to take them on vacation or involve them in extracurriculars but chose to do it anyway, I think that’s selfish.

If you cant afford them, you have too many. I want more than 7, I grew up in a large family of 10 kids and loved it.

Whatever you have the fund and love to care for. The largest family I have come across had 14 boys, happy, healthy and well off family.

If you, your SO and your kids can't fit into one regular size vehicle together. Then theres to many to me. But to each their own.

With they way the population is heading and the state of the earth I literally cannot contribute to it and I will refuse to have more than two, one each to replace me and my husband. Not shaming people for having more and it doesn’t bother me, just my personal view on it!

I feel as long as you can live a comfortable happy life that’s all that matters! I would LOVE 5 or 6 but I honestly don’t want to not do things and experience things because we can’t afford it for all are children. Financially we’re probably good with 2 lol I want to be able to have my kids experience things and I would hate to say well we can do this because it’s costs too much. So I think if you can live comfortably and don’t have to necessarily super crazy lady save (like extreme couponing!!) of course saving and not blowing money. That’s MY personal opinion!

I also coted on what I would count as to many kids for me personally with is 4. I don't think I could financially or mentally handle more than 3. But I do not judge others for their family size. As long as their kids are lived, fed ,and cared for it shouldn't bother anyone. I grew up in a big family with 6 siblings and my husband has a big family as well. I think big families are great and parents that can manage them are amazing.

I’m the eldest of 5. Definitely too many. I plan on having 3 and if a fourth comes along then another accident will be prevented by one of us getting fixed 😂

You can have 35 if you'd like. But for me personally 1-3 is good.
