Could I be having a miscarriage? Please Help

Last night and today I had very strong abdominal pain so I decided to take some gas relief pills and that seemed to help. About 20/30 mins later I had severe cramps, no bleeding, for about 10 mins. Im 5 weeks pregnant and im scared I could be having a miscarriage. Should I go to the dr? Is this typical for a miscarriage? Is this typical for pregnancy? Any advice? My stomach feels much better now but im still scared. I'm drinking hot tea thinking that will help
