Workouts after c-section
Calling all moms who had c-sections! I had my baby 2 weeks ago and I'm anxious to get back into working out. I know I can't do any abdominal, workouts which is fine, but what about arm, shoulder, back, leg workouts? My daughter is starting to get heavy and it's worse in her carseat. I wasn't able to workout at all during my pregnancy due to Hypermesis Gravidurum so I lost so much weight and muscle mass. I just slowly want to get my arms and legs stronger but I'm not sure what would be good to do right now. Any help would be great! Thanks!
