Period vs Pregnancy

I have irregular periods going by this app I’m 14 dpo and says my period due tomorrow (which is probably unlikely) but the past few days Iv been getting-:

back ache

Sensitive itchy boobs

Pulling/ cramp like pains in my side

Sleepy

Head aches on and off

I also posted the other day of what I thought was either spotting or the beginning of my period with a pic attached

Took a test at 6 and 7 dpo but was negative

Am I just over thinking? And should I wait bit longer before testing?
