severe vaginal pain

i have been having really bad vaginal pain the past week or so, and it is so painful that it literally woke me up last night at 1am and i had to have a warm bath because it wasn’t going away. i had it again in class today and it was so painful that i couldn’t pay attention to anything the teacher was saying and i had to go to sick bay ( i told them it was a stomach ache). it eventually goes away but comes back later and i don’t know what it is?? i thought it was a yeast infection but i’m not having weird discharge like i had when i once had a yeast infection, i can’t really go to a doctor because my mum will find out i’m having sex and i’m too embarrassed to talk to her about this.. pls help
