Food focus before period
No one else has posted about this that I've noticed, but I have been experiencing high levels of "hunger" a 2-3 days befoee my period. I say "hunger" because it's really just cravings. But I crave EVERYTHING not just specific foods. (But, for real, no sugar added klondike bars are AMAZING). Any way, please lmk if this is something other ppl experience. This is newer to me in the last few months. Thank you <3
