So had my high risk check up today

And we'll little one is doing great I'm farther then I thought , I thought I was 9w3d and turns out I'm 10 weeks !! Heart rate 170 , did get some unsettling news I may possibly have gestational diabetes ..and it just makes me nervous bc I'm a kidney transplant and no one in my family has ever had it . I just have to check sugar levels 3x a day . And hopefully it won't go up and I can get off of it , if not I will take insulin !! And I'm scheduled for a C-section February 15th !! So in love with our little one , mommie and daddie can't wait to meet you
