I’m having one done Monday. I started my period today. My cycle is usually 6 days long. Is it going to hurt more because i will still be on my period? Anyone get pregnant after HSG? Ttc 10 months

The closer you can get to mid-cycle, the more your cervix is open and therefore the easier to perform the HSG.  Day 10 is usually the norm.

My dr won’t do it until my period is over, she said cd10 is what they usually try for. You may want to call your dr and let them know you’re on your period. Good luck! My dr said she got pregnant the month she had her HSG so I’m hopeful it will help :)
