Possible twins?

Question

Did any mom or mom to be with twins have any idea they were having twins before their ultrasound?  I am pregnant and I keep referring to the babies or them. I have 3 boys already and never did this. I don't see a doctor until Monday and I am going to demand a dating ultrasound as I'm between 8 and 14 weeks.

Well if you’re 8 to 14 weeks then they’d give you one already, no need to “demand” anything. Just wait for the ultrasound, it’s just a guessing game until then.

I just had my twins on Tuesday evening and early on in the pregnancy there was no indication what so ever like there’s no symptoms or double HCG literally nothing! An ultrasound confirms twins so until you demand your ultrasound there’s no way of knowing
