Disappointed

There's pretty much nothing worse than spending 2 1/2 hrs and $160 getting your hair done FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER only for her to do highlights instead of the balyage I asked for, described, and showed her pictures of and agreed that she would do. I'm so disappointed I want to cry. No, I wasn't going to say anything because I had a daughter to get home to and my mother gets her hair done by the same woman. It just fucking sucks. And doesn't look great at all.
