Breastfeeding help
Just gave birth Monday and already my boobs are rock hard. I pumped both for 10 mins each and got a total of 2 oz. I plan on breastfeeding at night and pumping for during the day. So I have a couple questions...
Do I pump until they’re soft?
Storage? (I have storage bags)
How long is the milk good for at room temp/fridge?
Any other tips are super helpful!
