Someome giving my baby cereal?

Question

Would I be able to tell based on my babys poop if someone gives him cereal? He is 3 months and on breastmilk only. I am just paranoid as grandma is watching him and suggested before giving cereal would help him sleep better as this what she did 30 years ago. I just wanted to see if someome knows if poop texture changes before I "accused "  someone of giving him anything he's not supposed to have yet. Thank you for  any responses in advance!!

I guess you could tell if his poo suddenly changed ? I would go mad if anybody gave my baby food when I told them not too ! It’s even worse if they lie about it too !

You’d know! Their poop will change color or smell

Not sure about poop Iv never noticed a difference but if they spit up its super thick and almost has has chunks ? In it

Poop would have a stronger smell and the possibility of smelling kinda like vinegar due to their body not breaking it down.
