BFN no period yet and nausea??

I’ve taken 2 pg tests both BFN

I have nausea and boob aches.

Period didn’t come today and I’m on cycle day 30.

Cycle day 22-24 I had spotting.

Hubby says I should go to get a blood test done. What do you think?
