Ovulation urine?

TTC #2 and I bought the Clearblue ovulation test. It says I can test with any urine, INCLUDING first morning urine. However, other things I’ve read online say NOT to use first morning urine. ????
I would prefer to do first urine since everything I’ve read says to do it the same time every day so my first urine is the best time obviously with my work schedule. That’s the only time I can assure it be done the same time everyday. 🤔 Help!

I’ve heard Lh tends to surge while you’re awake. So testing in afternoon or evening means you pick it up sooner and have longer to bd! You could try testing twice a day? That’s what I do

The clear blue digital tests check your estrogen levels in addition to your lh, which is why it works with fmu.
If you read the pamphlet it says to test more frequently once you get a high reading, so again after holding it for 4 hours during the day since your lh usually spikes in the late morning to early afternoon hours.

I used FMU with mine. I did test twice a day so would test when I got home from work, or carried the ovulation sticks with me at work too. Gotta do what ya gotta do to get that baby!
