Blocked duct?

Right breast fills full and tender to touch. Not much milk coming out. Possible blocked duct? How do I relieve it?

Answer

Warm compresses, take a warm bath or shower and massage it.
Feed baby on that side first, could try dangle feeding - where you lie baby on bed/floor kneel over them and feed them that way.
Pump it (but feeding baby should be better)
Take a couple of anti inflammatory tablets to help ease the pain.
If all else fails I've seen a few women on here who recommended having your partner suck it out.
