On June 7th I had a chemical miscarriage week prior I just knew I was pregnant but started bleeding so I figured just my period. Decided couple days later to take a test went in and hcg was detected but very low couple days went back for another check hcg was zero this was at 4 weeks. Got pregnant right away (no cycle in between) July 5th took test it was positive went in for about 5 hcg checks and even progesterone everything was fine had my first ultrasound on June 26th there was a little bean in there with a heartbeat 110 I WAS PREGNANT, next day I woke up bleeding screamed for my husband and off to ER got ultrasound baby was ok but heart rate 103 told to follow up on Monday with Gyno. Had another ultrasound at Gyno and heart rate was 99 doc came in and spoke to me saying that’s really low but let’s give it a week “your not out of the woods” later that week had more on and off brown spotting called Gyno told to wait till my apt it was just “old blood”

Monday came around and heart rate dropped to 48 was told to prepare for the worst. The cramping in uterus the back pain was unbearable overnight so I called first thing and was told to come in to check because from the sounds of it baby was gone. Went in for ultrasound asked for no sound or picture couldn’t bear seeing it if that was my outcome. Was taken to different room where doc came in and confirmo heart beat. I was a mess I have one healthy 20 month old baby why can’t I do this!!!! Scheduled a D&C to get it over couldn’t bear the thought of a dead baby inside me. Angry, sad, but I will try again after next cycle
