How long postpartum do you start exercising/ getting back in shape?
Advice required. I could barely walk, even less work out, from 6 months pregnancy till delivery. It's been 5 weeks since I welcomed my son in my arms and wondering when is the right time to start working out ? I really need to get in shape: this little nugget is growing by the day and my flimsy arms are starting to give in... 😅🤷🏽♀️
