Ugh it’s the worse🤢🤮 specially because you probably just ate before puking. Try eating very light food and little bites at a time it’ll help you a lot. This is my third pregnancy and I stopped puking last week. ( 12 weeks )

Oh god I hate that so much. Whenever I’m about to throw up after eating I try to hurry and chug water before it starts to come up because if it’s too dry it’s just awful

I still get sick and I’m 20 weeks!! 
Last time i ended up gasping for air because my  puke was so thick and all i had that morning was an apple and water. 
Then my esophagus was sore for three days🤷🏼‍♀️. Just drink plenty of fluids and figure out what you can and can’t eat even though it changes sometimes.
