Pelvic pain on side with no tube after period

I’m on CD 8 and have been having cramping on the same side I lost my tube. My periods have been abnormally longer since my ectopic but this one finished up finally yesterday. I don’t understand why I’d still be cramping though.

I’m wondering if anyone has experienced a dull pain after a period on the same side as your lost tube?
