Early miscarriage

So I had my appointment today and I guess I had an early miscarriage. I can’t stop crying I hadn’t been pregnant for very long but we had been trying for so long. I feel like it all got ripped away from me like it was just a tease. I just don’t know what to feel, I don’t even know if I want to try to conceive again.
