After birth. Colostrum is produced before that. It’s different for everyone but I started to leak by 16 weeks with my son. But not everyone leaks it, it’s there though.

Your milk generally won’t come in till after babe is born. But you could get colostrum any time before. I didn’t get any early colostrum with my first but I have with my other two pregnancies.
