Acne suggestions??

Okay I’ve tried literally EVERYTHING and I don’t know how to get rid of the acne I have.it had gotten a little better from what it was but I can never get my skin completely clear. It’s so bad where I cry and sometimes refuse to go places.. any suggestions to help..

I use clean action pads every morning when I wake up, there helping a lot there at Walmart for super cheap!

*Drink more water
*Do your best to keep your hands off your face (I had a major problem with this)
*Only wash with a gentle wash 1x a day as doing more can cause acne too - it's best to find the balance that fits your skin
*Cut out processed foods, sugar and greasy foods AND soda as much as possible
And last but not least:
*I know this isnt what you want to hear.. but sometimes Imit takes growing up out of your teenage years for it to go away. My skin REALLY cleared up once I started having kids. It sucks but just do your best. Also.. they say dont squeeze or pop them... I waited until there was a white head and then got the push out and used a cool wash cloth to reduce redness. If you can stand the smell, soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and rub on your face and let dry. Only thing that ever cleared mine up.

You can barely even tell that you have breakouts. It’s truly not as bad as you think :) 
If your post hadn’t been about acne, I won’t have even searched your face for any sign.

Though I completely understand what it is like to be micro aware of something upon your own body. 
I’ve never really had acne in the traditional sense, but I did often get hormonal chin breakouts. Shea Moisture Black African soap has done wonders for my skin in that regard. 
Also, I utterly adore your eyebrow shape 😍 I wish mine grew like yours.

Your face really isn’t bad at all. Have you tried birth control? Usually that helps clear it up once you find one compatible with your body. I’m a low hormone one and it works great for my acne.

Try seeing a dermatologist. My husband had bad acne and after seeing a dermatologist they prescribed him some type of acne medication and his face has been clear since.
