Blood/Pain pap smear

I went in for second visit with gyno. I’m 12 weeks 3 days and she did Pap smear. Last time it didn’t hurt at all. However this time it was painful and I noticed blood when I wiped. It is also extremely painful to pee now. Is this normal the day of Pap smear? Or should I be worried something is wrong?
