Looking for heartburn relief!??
If you are like me, you can’t stay away from spicy foods but the pregnancy heartburn is already REAL! Well, I found something better than Tums. I found taking a probiotic on an empty stomach daily reduces my heartburn by about 70%. I take it every morning first thing and if I know I am going to eat spicy foods, I take a second before the meal on an empty stomach and somehow it works!
