5 week ultrasound and nothing

Went in for a 5 week 6 day trans vaginal ultrasound and they couldn’t see anything. Said my uterus lining was thick which is good. They think maybe I’m earlier than we thought so did some blood work. I’ve had two previous miscarriages hoping this isn’t another or a chemical.
