Is this a birth mark? I have noticed it’s gotten a tiny bit bigger in diameter is that somthing I should be concerned about? It’s flat not raised.

My son has a really big one that’s shaped like an upside down heart on his shoulder blade. It did grow a little bit but it’s gone down in size significantly. His pediatrician said it’s normal but she did ask us to keep track of it to make sure it’s not growing anymore.
