So scared...

I’m 10 days past ovulation today and have symptoms that make me scared! I feel just like I did last time I was pregnant before my early miscarriage except this time I have clear discharge coming from my nipples. Started spotting yesterday light pink and this morning had some bright red spotting then brown discharge after that. BFN so far (although I didn’t get a pos test til 13 dpo last cycle) and AF is due Tuesday but my cycles vary but a few days. If it’s just AF then I’d be fine with that but idk if I can handle another chemical pregnancy. Hoping everything is ok.
