Period like cramps?

Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this. I’m having period like cramps on and off, not close enough to track, but I’m not sure if they are BH or not because my uterus is not tightening up. I’ll be 32 weeks on Monday so I’m worried it’s a sign of pre terms labor that I may be ignoring.

Totally normal. Had them with my first kid and now having them with the second. As long as there isn't any bleeding and they dont stay consistent you are fine.

Same I get the period cramps but no BH that I know of. When I get the period cramps I feel like they only last maybe 5-10 seconds?

Drink plenty of water. I’ve heard that this helps. I went to the doctor last week and explained the same thing

I'm nearly 32 weeks and I've been getting period like cramps too. Seemed to have a lot last night and it also freaked me out! But I'm fine now. I was last checked about a week ago and am apparently low risk for preterm labour and everything is looking great. So maybe it's all fine.

I’ll be 32 weeks on Sunday and get a ton of Braxton Hicks. For me they feel like strong tightening of my stomach that is uncomfortable and doesn’t hurt. Every once in a while I will feel a little cramp like menstrual that freaks me out a little bit but goes away.  I am also scared of preterm labor and keep reading about it. Sounds like I am low risk.... I have an ultrasound on Monday and curious how cervix looks etc.

I’ve actually had period like cramps a lot through out the later half of my pregnancy. They always worry me in the moment, but so far they’ve been fine. If you move around a lot it could be your hips and uterus and all the preparing for labor along with your movement, stretching you out and stuff. Or it could just be BHC. My doctor wasn’t worried about them unless I started bleeding. I hope that helped, I’m 31 weeks so you’re a week ahead of me
