UTI???

So I’m a 17 year old in Canada and I thought I had a uti. A few weeks ago I had unprotected sex with my significant other. A few days after it hurt a little to pee as it neared the end and was a little smelly. But it went away after a few days. I had cloudy urine but I found it went away with a lot of water and hydration. But I went to a pharmacist and she said it looks like I had a uti but it was curing its self. She said come back if anything changes. So the next day I realized there was blood when I wiped but none in my urine.

I don’t know if it is from a new birth control I started called seasonquic?? I’m not supposed to get my period for 3 months but I just switched from LoLo to this new one and I decided I don’t want a painful period so I didn’t take my sugar pills and skipped a period. It said this new birth control can cause spotting. So I don’t know. It’s come back and Ive started to bleed a little more but I don’t see any in my urine only when I wipe.

I went back to a pharmacist and she said she wouldn’t prescribe or help until I saw my family doctor which I won’t be able to get into till September 17.... I am thinking of going to a walk in clinic because all I’d have to do is show my heath care card. But I can’t have this on my insurance. I’ll have to pay out of pocket. I grew in a extremely religious, Christian background and my parents have said if they ever found out I broke any church rules while living in their house I’d be kicked out. I can’t have them find out and this show up on my insurance. I can’t get into trouble. I know most will say I deserve it for being so stupid and irresponsible but I always peed before and after sex. And made sure we were both clean. I’m just scared now and I feel so helpless and I know if you’re reading this you’re probably thinking I deserve it. But I just need help and advice. If I go to a walk in clinic will it show up on my insurance? Will my parents be notified? Am I dying? Please help.

Update??:: the blood isn’t mixing like a homogenous thing, like it’ll sink to the bottom of the toilet without I guess mixing. Kinda like if u get ur period? And there’s been a light brown discharge which I know is from like blood in there I’m just confused.
