Is 13 months old too young for toddler bed with rails?

For me personally no , my kids started climbing off there cribs so they did well in there little beds .

Everyone I’ve talked to in our playgroups has told em to leave them in the crib until they show they’re gonna try to climb out. A lot of people I know have had problems with their kids not sleeping for naps or through the night after they switch. My son is 18 mos and still in his crib cause I don’t want him to be up and walking around at night
