Could I be pregnant?

I’ve been on the pill for three years straight and I have always taken it perfectly and never missed a dose but recently my period has been unusual. Three months age my period was 3 days and was only light spotting, two months ago my period was 10 days and extremely heavy, and last month my period was heavy and lasted 9 days. The problem now is that my period is 7 days late which is weird because the pill has always made my period come on time. Do you think I could be pregnant? I am having unprotected sex with my live in boyfriend but on the other hand I take my birth control exactly as directed. I’m just looking for others opinion before I work myself up.
