Hidradenitis supprativa treatment??

My HS near my groin is so bad it hurts to put pants on and i can't wear tight jeans or underwear without being in pain. I used to have it a lot in my armpit but it went away now it has moved to my groin for some reason and its very painful. I'm not taking meds for it or anything, for people who have HS what helps relieve the abscess pain ??

I feel like I do too much and it helps a little. What I like to do is do a hot compress as much as needed until it drains. Then I’ll sit in a hot bleach bath (literally a cap of bleach or 2-3 depending on how much water) and just relax. It’ll help sanitize and kill any bacteria. After the bath I’ll take a shower like normal and wash everything. I have been washing my lady bits with a PH balancing bar of soap called queen V. I use that after I wash my flare ups with gold dial antibacterial hand soap. Throughout the day I keep baby wipes (huggies natural) and keep the flare ups clean throughout the day if they’re draining still. Essential oils can cause more damage than help. Try to go dairy free for a week and see if it helps with the flare up. And try to cut out any carbs or sugary drinks. It should help your current flare up.
