hi this is a bit embarrassing but i’m 13. i always hear my friends talking about masturbation and how good it feels but i’m too shy to ask them how to do it. they alwaysssss talk about how nice it is and i feel a bit left out. also, is it okay to be doing this at 13? sometimes i feel like i really really need to touch myself but i dont know how to and it  gets frustrating. can someone please help?

Porn is a really rough and unrealistic representation of what sex is actually like. I think it's worth talking to a trusted adult about or even a friend you feel you can trust. Porn is just really gross and exaggerated, I don't reccomend it.

It’s normal at you’re age, if you want to learn how maybe you could watch some porn? If you’re able to search up stuff like that. Everyone likes different things so some people do different things while masturbating, you can just kind of feel around down there and figure out what you like
