Confused

So Im on my pill for the last 4 months..the first two months I had light spotting and the third I didn't had any at all.. so I was concerned and took few pregnancy test they there negative..and now it's a fourth month ,two weeks ago I had it again.. but now I feel metallic taste in my mouth and I think I could be pregnant.. Im not ready for this baby if it is one.. and I hope it's not to late to do something if it is... Is anyone else didn't know they there pregnant the time they used there pill? Oh just had metallic taste using the pill?
