Should I take another HPT? Have implant

So I took a blue dye hpt yesterday and thought I saw a really really small faint line. I freaked out given that I have the implant and have had it for A YEAR.

I went and got another pregnancy test at doctor later that day that said for sure negative. They questioned why I would even think I was.

I don’t have a period on Nexplanon so I can’t judge off of that. I’ve just been feeling more sick (nauseated, light headed) lately.

What do y’all think?
