Blood not coming out?

Hey girls! I’ve been spotting for 6 days, the blood has not actually come out of my vagina, it’s just like sitting inside it?! Its been brown, pink,  and at times almost red. Never thick and never clots. I also have a really heavy tender feeling in my uterus but no cramping.. can anyone relate or share their experiences?

Yeah, I am the same here, it looks like period because during the night spotted in the panties, but now that I’m on the pads, the pad is clear just a very clear mark. I don’t know if I should wait or do a test.

I get spotting like that for 6 days before the heavy flow actually starts.
